Travel MRI Tech - $2,457 per week in Mount Pleasant, SC

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) Experience: 2+ years of MRI experience License: BLS, ARRT (MR) Certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT state license is not required Must-Have: General MRI exams Experience with implants Elastography Defecography Breast and cardiac MRI Description: The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) reports to the site supervisor and manager of radiology. Under general supervision, the MRI Technologist performs high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols. Examinations are conducted on patient populations for physician interpretation. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. The position requires the ability to float potentially between locations. Weekends may require shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM. No holiday requirements are indicated. A radiation badge is required, and it must be provided by the agency. The facility allows for one shift to be called off every two weeks. The unit operates within an outpatient clinic setting. Scrubs are required to be teal tops and black pants. Charting will be done using EPIC. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, assignments may be subject to emergency response requirements. Submittals must include all requested documentation to ensure compliance with submission guidelines. All RTO must be provided at the time of submission for approval.
