Travel MRI Tech - $2,462 per week in Columbus, OH

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience for travelers License: Any active state or compact license accepted Certifications: ARRT, BLS, NMTCB preferred Must-Have: - Experience with Siemens scanners - Cardiac experience is a major plus - Experience with IV starts strongly preferred Description: Travelers' permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility to be eligible to apply. Position requires working 3x12's nights with every 3rd weekend and holidays as assigned. Call will be required for 3 weekday day shifts per month and 1 weekend call every 12 weeks. The unit has two 1.5T Siemens Aera scanners. We perform neuro, MSK, and abdominal scans. Specialty exams include breast scans, enterography, and patients with pacemakers. Cardiac, prostate, CSF flow studies, and MSA extremities are not performed. Patients in the ICU are scanned regularly. Conscious sedation is not performed. EPIC EMR is utilized. Modified charcoal grey scrubs are required. Travelers must adhere to attendance policies. Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required. Travelers floating is standard practice. More than one call-off will result in termination. Candidates must have strong experience and skills to be considered for this position.
