Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years required License: State license not required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) required Must-Have: MRI safety knowledge including how to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients Experience with Siemens MR required Epic and PACS experience preferred Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility experience preferred Description: Schedule is 3 x 12s, Monday-Friday, from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Days off vary. Candidates should have knowledge of MRI safety procedures. Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients is essential. A minimum of 2 years experience is required in the specialty. Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility is preferred. Familiarity with Siemens MR equipment is required. Experience with Epic and PACS systems is preferred. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted. COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted. Flu vaccine is also required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted.
