Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years preferred in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility License: State license not required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) Must-Have: - MRI Safety knowledge including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines - Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients - Experience with Siemens MRI systems - Epic and PACS experience preferred - Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted - No call required Description: This position requires an MRI Technologist with knowledge of MRI Safety. Candidates must be familiar with how to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines. Experience with anesthesia and working with pediatric patients is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility is preferred. Experience with Siemens MR systems is required. Knowledge of Epic and PACS is preferred. Candidates should be aware that local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted. There is no call required for this position.
