Travel MRI Tech - $2,563 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years of experience preferred License: Certified Radiologic Technologist Certifications: ARRT MR, BLS Must-Have: Candidate must be strong in pediatrics as this role involves almost exclusively pediatric scanning. Experience with GE and Siemens equipment (1.5T and 3T) is required. Previous experience in pediatric radiology is preferred. Description: This position requires an MRI Tech to work from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. No call is required for this role. The tech will perform inpatient and outpatient MRI scans for both adults and pediatrics. The candidate must have experience in scanning neonates, stroke, and trauma patients. Certification as a Radiologic Technologist through ARRT is mandatory. Experience with various imaging techniques, including abdomen, brain, cervical, chest, and more, is essential. The tech will utilize advanced imaging equipment and work closely with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates should have familiarity with charting systems and be open to floating to different units as needed. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Compliance with safety standards and protocols is expected at all times.
