CREDENTIALING REQ: one week prior, ref's to submit, must be minimum of 2 current references, 2 Ref in Spec within the last 2 years-- 2 Prof. Refs, 1 from mgt level- EMPV can be 2nd source. EMPV alone does not satisfy this requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
" Registered MRI Tech - VA Rad Tech License
" The department receives patients through the OR, ED, inpatient units and outpatient providers. ED and inpatients account for approximately 30% of our volume per day.
