Pay: $2,678.40/week

Shifts: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Days

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. They will be expected to adapt to different shifts and campuses as needed, ensuring efficient patient flow and maintaining high standards in imaging competencies.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist
  • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures
  • Support other imaging technologists and facilitate patient flow
  • Troubleshoot maintenance and image processing issues
  • Participate in quality assurance and ongoing education
  • Provide MRI screening and adhere to safety protocols
  • Adapt to various shifts and work locations as required
  • Maintain expected imaging competencies and confidentiality

Requirements of the MRI Technologist
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT
  • State Licensure required if in New Mexico; LA State Licensure required
  • BLS certification required via AHA
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
  • Basic computer experience required
