Travel MRI Tech - $2,687 per week in Midland, TX

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 (14:30 - 23:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, travel experience required License: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT accepted Certifications: BLS, either specialty certification accepted Must-Have: - Siemens experience strongly preferred - Charting system experience preferred Description: Call is required every other week from Friday end of shift to Monday at 7 AM. Start date is within the next 3-5 weeks. Shift is Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and travel experience. Siemens experience is strongly preferred. Certifications required include ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, along with BLS. Skills should encompass a range of MRI procedures including abdomen, brain, breast, pelvis, and various types of angiography. Experience with both adult and pediatric care is needed. The facility provides care to patients across all age groups including neonates and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 50 patients. The unit consists of five MRI rooms. An on-site drug screen will be conducted. The technician will be expected to prepare and administer contrast media as needed. Candidates must be adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. All employees are expected to follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety during procedures.
