Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 5x8 (23:00 - 07:30) Experience: 3+ years in MRI License: Active MD or Compact License required Certifications: ARRT MR*, ARRT R, BLS, CPI Certification Must-Have: Siemens experience primarily on the Aera and Sola 1.5 T magnets. Experience with vented and monitored patients, ideally in a Level 1 Trauma setting. Description: MRI Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Competent in scanning all basic MRI requests including Neuro, Body, and Musculoskeletal. Ability to scan ventilated patients with IV extensions. A high level of competency in MRI safety, MRI zones, and maintaining MRI safety for visiting staff is essential. Night shift position with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. Applicants must have a strong foundation in working with Siemens MRI machines. Experience in handling vented and monitored patients is highly preferred. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of MRI protocols and procedures. Understanding of patient care and safety standards in a trauma setting is required. Willingness to float within specialty as needed. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and patient needs. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety practices. Strong team collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
