Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist- Operate MRI equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Interpret physician instructions and ensure safe and appropriate imaging procedures.
- Conduct patient interviews to obtain medical information and history.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as necessary.
- Float between LHMC and Peabody locations as needed.
Requirements of the MRI Technologist- ARRT certification in MRI (MR)
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
- Separation from BILH for 6+ months
- Philips MRI equipment experience preferred but not required
