Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist- Operate MRI equipment, including Siemens Sola 1.5T and Siemens Skyra 3T scanners
- Perform MRI scans on inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
- Conduct thorough screenings and follow implant workup policies
- Start peripheral IVs and inject contrast material as necessary
- Collaborate with staff, patients, and virtual radiologists
Requirements of the MRI Technologist- 1-2 years of experience in MRI technology, with strong Siemens experience
- Certification: BLS, ARRT-MR or ARMRIT
- Strong knowledge of MR safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
