Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: Minimum of 2 years current Magnetic Resonance Imaging/MRI experience License: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) Certification Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Candidate must have experience with GE MRI equipment. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and evenings. Candidate must be willing to take call as needed. Candidate must have their own vehicle. Candidate must include permanent address in the profile upload. Any requests for time off must be included in the profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Description: This position will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility. To avoid delays in processing, please include a permanent address at profile upload. You will work approximately 9 patients per shift. You will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech. Travelers will never work solo. After midnight, the department is covered by call. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requests for time off will be accepted. Travelers must ensure they can be reached and have voicemail set up on their phones. Travelers without voicemail setup will be redirected. A non-billable orientation period of 8 hours is required. Holiday and overtime multipliers are applicable.
