Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years of current Magnetic Resonance Imaging/MRI experience License: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) Certification Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - GE Equipment experience - Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred) - Willingness to work weekends and evenings - Willingness to take call as needed - Own vehicle - Permanent address included in profile - All requests for time off must be included in profile Description: The role involves working with GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 equipment. Technologists can expect to handle approximately 9 patients per shift. Travelers will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Technologist. Travelers will never work solo. After midnight, the department is covered by call. Requests for time off during the assignment must be clearly noted. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests made after submission may lead to a rescinded offer. Travelers must ensure that they can be reached and have voicemail set up on their phones. Travelers without voicemail setup when contacted may be redirected.
