Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist
Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images
Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to capture required imaging
Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and patient data
Ensure MRI equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Requirements
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
Valid Massachusetts state licensure
Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience
Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and patient care
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
