Contract | Days | Onsite | Call required every 3rd week (M–F 5:00 PM–7:30 AM, with 24-hour call Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MSK, Neuro, and Body MRI scans for both inpatient and outpatient populations in clinic and hospital settings
• Operate Philips and/or Siemens MRI equipment; experience on Philips or Siemens is required
• Perform IV starts and creatinine draws as part of patient preparation
• Utilize Meditech EMR and Synapse PACS systems for imaging documentation and archiving
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule including weekends and holidays
• Float between two nearby campuses (approximately 16 minutes apart) as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Medical Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) required
• Minimum of 7 years of MRI experience, with demonstrated experience on Philips and/or Siemens equipment
• Experience with 1.5T MRI equipment and implanted/external patient devices
• Single-modality role; CT or X-Ray coverage is not expected

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with both Philips and Siemens MRI platforms strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Synapse PACS
• Ability and willingness to precept staff as needed
