    Job Title

    MRI Technologist II

    Location

    Easton, PA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 5x8-Hour Shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment, computer, and image management systems to perform MRI exams across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including trauma and ICU support.
    • Prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters, and acquire cross-sectional images of designated body areas.
    • Perform contrast injections under the direct supervision of the radiologist or designated physician.
    • Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and accurate patient data/history to PACS.
    • Perform patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education related to MRI examinations.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.
    Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED, plus graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire in the State of Pennsylvania.
    • One of the following credentials required: RT (Registered Technologist – Radiology, ARRT) or MR (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT) upon hire, or ARMRIT (Registered Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist) within 1 year of hire.
    • Valid state license or certification required at time of submission.
    • Ability to handle confidential patient, family, and clinical information with discretion and ethical judgment.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including technical data interpretation.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Knowledge of insurance benefit and eligibility websites.
    • Familiarity with medical insurance terminology.
