MRI Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30 and 9:00–17:30, alternating)
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI imaging procedures on adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct musculoskeletal imaging with focus on hip, bony pelvis, and knee
- Perform spinal MRI imaging including cervical, lumbar, sacrum/coccyx, and thoracic regions
- Prepare and/or administer contrast media in accordance with facility protocols
- Operate Philips Ingenia 1.5T MRI units and utilize PACS system (Visage) for image management
- Document and chart patient information accurately using EPIC
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
- Prior travel or non-first-time traveler experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
- Experience in an adult outpatient work setting required
- Proficiency with contrast media preparation and/or administration required
- Active BLS certification required
- Active ARRT (MR) certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Knowledge of radiation safety principles
- Experience starting peripheral IVs
