Perform MRI imaging procedures in a Level III Trauma facility setting
Participate in an on-call rotation covering weekday evenings (6:00 PM – 5:30 AM) and full weekends (Saturday 5:30 AM through Monday 5:30 AM)
Operate Philips MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and scrub dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of MRI Tech experience required; first-time travelers are not eligible
BLS certification required
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
Hands-on experience with Philips MRI equipment
Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience charting in Epic EMR
Prior travel assignment experience in a trauma or acute care hospital setting
Familiarity with on-call rotations in a high-volume imaging department
