Schedule / Job TypeContract (13-Week Travel Assignment) | Full-Time | Onsite | Varied Nightshift Hours, 3x12s, 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | Rotating days, weekends, holidays, and call shifts required
Key Responsibilities- Produce diagnostic MRI scans in a high-volume, fast-paced inpatient environment
- Assist radiologists and referring physicians during MRI procedures
- Ensure patient safety and quality care across all age groups, from infant through geriatric
- Make independent technical decisions to optimize MRI image quality
- Operate various MRI scanning equipment and hospital computer systems proficiently
- Float to other department areas as needed within scope of competency, including after-hours standby and callback
Required Qualifications- ARRT certification in MRI
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
- Experience with GE or Philips MRI scanners
- Ability to function effectively under pressure in a high-acuity, high-volume setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center environment
- Familiarity with advanced MRI technologies including 3T MRI systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage simultaneous demands professionally
