Travel MRI Technologist
LocationRichmond, Virginia
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Saturday – Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Days
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI examinations including brain, spine, orthopedic, body, abdominal, and cardiac scans
- Operate GE 450W 1.5T MRI equipment in a Radiology Department setting
- Document and manage imaging data using Meditech and Centricity PACS systems
- Participate in weekend call rotation (typically one weekend per month)
- Participate in weeknight call coverage (typically two nights per week from 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- ARRT MRI Registry (MR) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Active Virginia state license in hand at time of submission
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with GE MRI equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience performing cardiac MRI scans
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Centricity PACS platforms
