Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week) | Saturday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, plus one weekday shift | No holidays required; on-call possible
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI imaging procedures in a high-acuity hospital environment during overnight shifts
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment including Siemens 1.5T and 3T systems and Philips scanners
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, including screening for contraindications
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images and collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
- Adhere to established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for MRI operations
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting
- Hands-on experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T MRI systems (Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida) and Philips MRI equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing MRI workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume trauma environment
- Familiarity with a broad range of MRI protocols across multiple body systems
