Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic MRI scans for interpretation by a radiologist
Assist the radiologist in the performance of special MRI procedures
Provide patient care essential to MRI scan procedures throughout the imaging process
Perform minor nursing skills including IV starts and discontinuation as required
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including documentation within an EPIC EMR system
Required Qualifications
Active ARRT certification required
Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
Demonstrated ability to perform IV starts and discontinuation
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with special MRI procedures in an acute care hospital setting
Prior travel technologist experience
