Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging studies in a radiology department operating one GE 1.5T scanner, averaging approximately 30 scans within a 24-hour period
• Execute standard MRI Technologist duties including patient preparation, positioning, and image acquisition
• Start and manage IV lines as required for contrast-enhanced studies
• Operate and navigate EMR and PACS systems including Epic and Synapse PACS
• Fulfill call and standby obligations, typically one night per week and one weekend per month
• Adhere to department-specific dress code requirements: black pants and royal blue top

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in MRI (ARRT - MR)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Previous hands-on experience operating GE MRI equipment
• Ability to start IVs independently
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as required
• Must be available and present in state for the full week of department-specific orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Fuji imaging systems in addition to Synapse PACS and Epic EMR
• Experience working in a high-volume radiology environment with call and standby responsibilities
