Job Summary: The organization is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist for a position located in Cumming, Georgia. This role involves providing advanced magnetic resonance imaging services within a dynamic department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans in accordance with departmental protocols and safety standards.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Weekend)

Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Required Qualifications: Certifications including American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Mammography; Education requirements; Location within 50 miles of Cumming, Georgia; at least 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing breast biopsy exams and familiarity with the Cerner electronic medical record system.
Additional Information: The role provides 24-hour departmental care to emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient populations, with an average of 25-30 patients daily. The position includes coverage for two major holidaysThanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Dayand one minor holidayFriday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve. No local candidates within 50 miles of the specified address are considered.
