Job Summary: The healthcare provider is seeking an MRI Technologist for a facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in a trauma or tertiary care environment, with a focus on advanced imaging techniques and safety protocols. The role offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: ARRT(MR) certification, a minimum of 1 year MRI inpatient experience in a trauma or tertiary care facility, and the ability to perform advanced MRI procedures such as Prostate, Rectal, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Pacemakers, NICU, and Liver imaging.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens Aera 1.5T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, and GE Architect 3T MRI scanners; prior leadership or safety certification in MRI safety.
Additional Information: The position demands adherence to hospital-specific policies, unit guidelines, and MRI safety standards. The selected candidate will be part of a team recognized as a leader in MRI safety within the division. Fluency in patient communication and a commitment to patient experience are essential.
