Job Details:
• Thursday 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM at Ortho Hospital
• Friday 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM at Ortho Hospital
• Saturday 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM at Main Facility
• Float requirement: Thursday and Friday shifts at NHRMC Ortho; Saturday shift at main hospital
• No on-call requirement
• Scheduling type: Per unit needs
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS
• Required skills: Abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE
• Preferred skills: Chest, image post-processing
• Special equipment: GE, Siemens
• Documentation system: EPIC
• Patient age groups: Neonates, infants, pediatrics (preferred), adolescents, adults, geriatrics (required)
• Scrub color: Royal blue
• Orientation: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM during week one; must be fully available for all orientation classes each day
Facility:
This healthcare facility is a multi-site organization operating both an orthopedic hospital and a main medical campus, providing specialized imaging and diagnostic services across locations. The facility utilizes EPIC for documentation and is equipped with GE and Siemens MRI technology. Contract staff are expected to participate in Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team assignments and may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualty incidents, or disasters.
