Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position in Gainesville, Florida. This 13-week assignment involves performing diagnostic and treatment Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment. The technician will work during night shifts and must be experienced with Siemens MRI equipment, providing care for critically ill patients while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-Hour Night shifts, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a block schedule of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting with critically ill patients; Siemens MRI experience including XA and B platforms such as Avanto, Verio, Prisma, Aera, and Sola; ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification; BLS certification; at least 2 years of experience; location in Gainesville, FL.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working across multiple Gainesville MRI locations on campus.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to all MRI locations on campus.
  • Additional Information: The assignment includes performing diagnostic and treatment MRI procedures, working collaboratively to complete all ordered exams, and maintaining compliance with the facilitys policies. Florida AHCA processing may take up to 14 business days. No permeable shoes allowed.
  • Submission Requirements: Facility type, EMR, bed count, and at least one reference dated within the last 12 months are required.
