Job Summary: The MRI Technologist is a healthcare professional responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans in a clinical setting. The role involves operating advanced imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and effectively communicating with patients and radiologists. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different sites within the specified location.
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour shift hours, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/31/2026.
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ARRT (MR) certification; no minimum experience specified, but a minimum of 1 year MR experience in high-volume environments is preferred. Valid state drivers license as applicable.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing customer interactions independently; technical proficiency with vendor scanning equipment; ability to perform advanced MR studies independently; patient care skills with the ability to explain complex medical procedures to non-medical audiences.

Langhorne, PA, at 825 Town Center Drive, Ste. 100, equipped with GE Lightspeed 16/MR, GE Signa LX (Closed), Hitachi Airis Elite (Open).
Philadelphia, PA, at 1619 Grant Avenue, equipped with MRI - Hitachi AIRIS II.
Patient safety measures include pre-screening for contraindications and aseptic injection techniques.
The role involves training new technologists or Patient Coordinators, troubleshooting scanner and peripheral equipment, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Local travel may be required; travel details about candidate awareness and time off needs should be discussed with the traveler.
