Berkshire Medical Center is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a weekend-focused assignment. The technologist will work alongside another MRI Tech or Tech Aide and will not be required to work solo.
Position Highlights:
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Contract: 26 weeks
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–11:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hrs/week
Equipment: GE HDXT 16.0 & 23.0
Approximately 9 patients per shift
Must be willing to work weekends/evenings and take call as needed
After midnight, the department is covered by call
Holiday coverage may be required
Requirements:
2+ years of current MRI experience
ARRT (MR) certification required
GE MRI equipment experience required
AHA BLS required
Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
Personal vehicle required
Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
