Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located at an academic medical center. The role involves producing high-quality images using various equipment and technology, following safety guidelines, and fostering teamwork through effective communication. The position requires flexibility to staff different work locations and shift durations, including days, evenings, and weekends, with on-call responsibilities for after-hours coverage.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours each day, with shifts occurring Monday through Friday. Shifts include day and evening hours, with no call, overnight, or holiday work. Typical shifts are 6:30AM-3PM and 2PM-10:30PM.
• Required Qualifications: - Certification from an ARRT approved or recognized Health Science program. - ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance (MR). - One year of MRI experience as a staff technologist; two years preferred. - BLS certification. - Ability to work independently. - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication. - Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information: Experience in Neuro MRI, Abdominal MRI, and Musculoskeletal MRI is preferred. Candidates should be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-acuity academic medical environment.
