Job Summary: The organization is seeking a Certified MRI Technologist in Palo Alto, California. This role involves providing radiologic imaging services with a focus on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). The position is suited for a qualified healthcare professional comfortable working in a rotating schedule to meet the facility's operational needs.
Job Details:
Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications in radiologic technology, educational requirements in radiologic sciences or related fields, valid state licensure as an MRI Technologist, and at least 1 year of experience in MRI imaging
Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as ACR accreditation, experience with advanced MRI protocols, and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Additional Information: The MRI Technologist will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients, operating MRI equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed according to AHA and ENA guidelines, and maintaining documentation in compliance with SOPs.
