Job Summary:
The Omaha, Nebraska area is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist for a reputable healthcare organization. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures with a focus on accuracy and quality, under the supervision of a licensed radiologist. The position offers opportunities to engage in teaching and research activities related to MRI within an acute care setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience performing MRI procedures, ARRT (MRI) certification, minimum of 1 year of Level I Trauma Hospital Experience, and experience with Phillips MRI equipment.
  • Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of MRI experience, with specific expertise in Phillips MRI scanners, and familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EPIC) for imaging.
  • Additional Information: Perform quality MRI procedures under supervision, participate in departmental teaching and research, and communicate effectively. The role involves working with a campus that has 7 MRI scanners, with the need for flexibility during schedule hours and holidays as scheduled. Orientation hours noted are 12 hours of non-billable training, with no guaranteed hours during this period. The position is located in Omaha, Nebraska, with a start date of 08/24/2026.
