We are seeking a dedicated MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse for a contract position in Santa Clarita, CA. This role is perfect for a skilled RN looking to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be required to float to various units, including ARU and DOU, providing care within your scope. This position requires working night shifts, with a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, and every other weekend is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines.
• Perform IV starts and manage nasal cannula and face mask oxygen delivery.
• Conduct non-invasive airway management and tracheostomy management.
• Implement isolation precautions and wound care, including Wound Vac management.

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS
