Schedule

Night shift: 4x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with weekend coverage required every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to provide patient care and support in our acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage patient care using telemetry.
Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff for optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience.
Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact RN license.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS preferred.
Epic experience required.
