ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12 hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with telemetry and knowledge of managing various patient conditions.

Responsibilities

Administer medication and treatment as per physician's orders.
Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status.
Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
Must hold a valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIHSS certification is preferred.
Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred.
Telemetry competency required.
