Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6 in accordance with unit and facility guidelines
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Float within scope to like units as needed to meet facility staffing needs
Participate in every-other-weekend rotation as required
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

Active South Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license required prior to start date
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Demonstrated telemetry competency

Preferred Experience / Skills

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
Previous charge nurse experience preferred
Community hospital experience preferred
