Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
Manage a patient assignment of 5–6 patients per shift in accordance with unit staffing ratios
Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Float within scope to like units as needed to meet facility staffing needs
Participate in emergency response team assignments as required, including during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license required prior to start date
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Telemetry competency required
Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) certification preferred
Previous charge nurse experience preferred
Community hospital experience preferred
