Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Clinton, MD! We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position offers a competitive pay range and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies with effective interventions.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage patient care accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• 2 years of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry.
• Completion of at least 1 travel assignment.
• Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
• Float required.
• Scrubs not provided (Scrub Color - Ceil Blue).
• Medication System: Pyxis; Documentation: Cerner IS preferred.
• Flu vaccine required for all employees.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in orthopedic care, including ortho trauma and total joint replacements.
• Previous charge nurse experience.
