Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation department, providing specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs including stroke, spinal cord injury, and neurological diagnoses. The RN will be responsible for patient care, medication administration, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation.
• Administer vital signs and assess patient health questionnaires.
• Perform dressing changes and assist in aseptic/sterile procedures.
• Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed.
• Engage in telephone triage and manage pharmacy calls/refill requests.
• Monitor and support patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, and other rehabilitation needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Epic charting system experience is required.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Active nursing license required at the time of submission.
