Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted)
- Clear background check; no open cases or license hits will be accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Experience within a single facility for the required specialty tenure
