We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading acute-care hospital in Garfield Heights, OH. This is a contract position with a focus on Med Surg and Telemetry nursing. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG readings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Must have 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Charge RN references are accepted.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with acceptable scores required.

Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30).
