• Inpatient Acute Care Rehab RN
• Day Shift: 3x12s, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
• Holidays as needed
• Patient ratio: 1:6; one unit may have 1:7 assignments on a rotating basis with similar acuity
• 49-bed department, daily census around 39
• Patient population includes:
  • CVA / Stroke
  • TBI / Brain Injury
  • ABI
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Neurological diagnoses
  • Generalized debility
  • Post-op surgical and aneurysm patients
• Specialized inpatient rehabilitation for patients requiring rehab services
• EPIC charting
• Travelers may be floated between all Cone Health campuses as needed
• 24 hours orientation
• Previous Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
• First-time travelers are NOT accepted

Minimum 1 year RN experience Previous travel experience required Acute Care Rehab experience preferred BLS required EPIC experience required Experience with 6:1 patient ratios EKG/dysrhythmia interpretation experience Must pass the required EKG exam during compliance/onboarding; 2 attempts allowed Active nursing license must be in hand at submission Current driver's license required for address verification Must live outside the 50-mile local radius No open background-check cases Third-party education verification required RTO must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO COVID-19 and flu vaccines required; medical/religious exemptions allowed Must be willing to float to other Cone Health campuses One unit may require 7 patients on a rotating basis, with acuity equivalent to the 6-patient assignment Modules are non-billable and average 2–4 hours, completed during orientation
