RN Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• All required credentials must be active and available at the time of submission

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition promptly
• Administer medications and carry out nursing interventions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes and smooth unit flow
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly and accurately
• Deliver compassionate patient education and support throughout the shift
