Position

- Ratio:1:5

- Community hospital experience: Required
- Previous Charge RN experience: Preferred
- First-time travelers:Accepted
- Charting: EPIC
- Staffed beds: 240
- ICU: 16 beds
- Scrubs: Navy

Schedule
- Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts during the Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period, combining Friday/Saturday/Sunday
- Holiday shifts: As needed
- Charge RN assignments: As needed by the unit
- On-call:No
- Block scheduling:No
- RTO: Maximum 7 days
- Guaranteed hours:3 shifts per 13 weeks; cancelled shifts must match the contractor's assigned regular shift length
Floating
Yes. Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities, within the clinician's scope.

- Cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration
- Blood products
- Central lines, PICCs, peripheral IVs and IV starts
- Feeding tubes
- Hemodialysis and renal failure
- CVA/neuro patients
- Surgical drains
- Chest tubes
- CPAP/BiPAP and HFNC
- ABG interpretation
- Tracheostomy management
- Non-invasive airway management
- Wound care and wound VAC
- Isolation precautions
- PCA
