Assignment Overview
Join a dynamic ICU team specializing in neurological critical care. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in neurology, capable of managing diverse and complex neurological cases. This role offers an opportunity to work in a Magnet designated, Level III Trauma Center with comprehensive stroke care.

Shift Details: 0700-1900 or 1900-0700, 3x12 nights
Manage patients with neurological conditions, including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, and spinal surgeries
Handle mixed acuity status patients with responsibility for 1:1-2 patient ratios
Administer care including ventilation, tracheostomies, and sedation management
Collaborate with critical care NP and intensivists available 24/7
Participate in on-site floating for specific units like ED Holding and medical-surgical units
Qualifications
Required:
4 years of experience in ICU
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Experience with vents, trachs, art lines, vasopressor and sedation management, central line blood draws
Proficiency with the EPIC charting system
Preferred:
Experience with CVVH/CRRT and EVDs
