This 15-week travel RN opportunity offers 36 hours per week on night shift in a flexible critical care float pool setting. You’ll work across multiple intensive care units, caring for adult patients with complex and changing needs while using Epic charting and advanced critical care nursing skills.

• Float Requirement: Required to float within critical care units as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience in an acute care or critical care setting
• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong critical care skills, including ventilator management, telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and vasoactive drip titration
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide excellent patient care across multiple ICU units

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a critical care float pool environment
• Care for adult patients across multiple ICU units based on staffing needs and patient acuity
• Manage ventilated patients and support advanced critical care interventions
• Monitor telemetry, dysrhythmias, and hemodynamic status while responding to changing patient conditions
• Support safe administration of critical care therapies, including drips and other complex treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote coordinated patient care
• Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining a strong standard of clinical excellence
