Job Summary
The Hospital Intensive Care Unit Neurological specialty is seeking a highly qualified neuro critical care nurse for a rotating shift position. The role involves providing specialized bedside care to neurology and neurovascular patients in a fast-paced environment. The position requires clinical expertise, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to support patients with complex neurological needs.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour day/night rotating shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts RN license, one or more years of related work experience, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, ability to navigate web-based applications, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification.
• Additional Information: The position may require float to additional neuro ICU floors as needed. Orientation sessions are scheduled weekly, typically on Mondays. Candidates must be separated from their current facility for at least six months if previously employed there. Parking may cost up to $43 per day. No local travelers will be accepted.
