Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for a Neuro-Interventional Technologist position that will provide support in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details
  • Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
  • Modality: Neuro-Interventional Radiology
  • Equipment: Siemens Artis Q
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm, 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm
    • 40 hour work week
  • Pay: $3,246 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)

Requirements:
  • Active ARRT (R) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience within your modality
About Your Role:
As a Travel Neuro IR Technologist, you’ll be a vital member of a specialized team, assisting in minimally invasive neurointerventional procedures such as stroke
interventions, aneurysm repairs, and other complex neurovascular treatments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate advanced fluoroscopy and biplane imaging systems during neurovascular
  • procedures including thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, and carotid stenting.
  • Ensure precise imaging to guide neurointerventionalists effectively in treatment.
  • Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere rigorously to radiation safety standards.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media, monitor patient status, and document procedural
  • information accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to
  • optimize patient outcomes.
