Position: Registered Nurse – Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Shift: Nights
Hours:7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Neuro PCU/Telemetry experience preferred
Must be willing to float to Medical, Telemetry, and Neonatal units as needed

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for Neuro Progressive Care patients.
Monitor telemetry and neurological status.
Care for stable post-stroke and post-neurosurgical patients.
Provide care for medical overflow patients.
Document patient care in Cerner.
Float to Medical, Telemetry, and Neonatal units as required.

Facility: Frye Regional Medical Center (Duke LifePoint Hospital)
Local Radius Rule: Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate.
Local Rate:$48/hour
