Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred; 2 years of PCU nursing experience is ideal
• Experience with neuro medical, stroke, telemetry, and post-surgical patients
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Comfortable floating to medical, telemetry, and neonatal units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for adult and geriatric PCU patients with stable post-stroke and neuro-surgical needs
• Monitor telemetry and medical patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the EHR
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
• Float to related units when needed based on facility requirements
